1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Le Lumiere Group's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

Restaurant reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Reservations may be cancelled if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

3. Event Bookings

  • A deposit is required to confirm event bookings
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund
  • Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before the event
  • Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed package

4. Payment

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or causes disturbance to other guests or staff.

6. Liability

Le Lumiere Group is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
